Hi-fi Tutorial - Mechaforce 4

Happy New Year everyone! ...and what better way to usher it in than a futuristic picture? This tutorial was part of the manga section and I thought that it would be a nice, easy picture to help wind down from complexity of The Shen.

Mechaforce 4 was, for the most part, a review tutorial to me, but just because it was easier than the last doesn't mean it wasn't fun to make! It was one of the pictures I knew I just had to do and I'm happy I did (really digging the neon glows especially)!
